Why LetBuddy exists

LetBuddy comes out of more than ten years of managing multi-million pound operational assets: statutory inspection regimes, hard compliance deadlines, and real money moving through them every month.

One lesson kept coming back. Once information is split across spreadsheets, inboxes and sticky notes, you're no longer managing your assets. You're managing the search for information about them. That discipline is standard in professional asset management and rarely reaches residential property, where the rules don't care how big you are: a certificate expires on the same schedule whether one person is tracking it or forty. LetBuddy was built to close that gap.

None of that is about size. The same LetBuddy runs a single flat and several hundred properties managed for other people: no larger edition, no feature switched on by portfolio size, no charge per user. The per-property price falls as the portfolio grows and then stops rising.

It sits beside the people you already rely on, your agent, your accountant, your advice line, holding the dated record they all work from rather than replacing any of them.
